How does it work?

Due to outstanding quality of our product and the excellent levels of Customer satisfaction, we guarantee the worth of your car after a 2 or 3 year agreement period (subject to certain conditions and mileage restrictions). This value together with your deposit is deducted from the cost of your vehicle leaving a smaller amount to finance and lower monthly payments.

At the end of the agreement
You have the following 3 options:

Trade your car in for another new Proton, financed through The Proton Option Plan.
Buy your current Proton by paying the Guaranteed Minimum end Value.
Hand the car back to the Dealer, without paying another penny. (subject to certain conditions and mileage restrictions)
Hire Purchase

This is the traditional method of financing the purchase of your car. After deducting the deposit, the interest is calculated and added to the Balance Financed and this is repaid in equal amounts over 2, 3 or 4 years. The interest rate is fixed at the beginning of the agreement allowing customers to budget ahead.
